Media Perfection LLC offers project-based consulting, software development, automation, and creative media services. Because each engagement is custom work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below. All amounts are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Most engagements require a deposit before work begins. Deposits cover initial discovery, scoping, scheduling, and reserved studio or development time, and are non-refundable once work has started.
If you cancel an engagement before any work has begun, we will refund any amount paid in excess of the deposit. If you cancel mid-project, you will be billed for work completed and reasonable expenses incurred through the cancellation date; any remaining funds on hand will be refunded.
If we are unable to complete an engagement for reasons not caused by you (for example, an inability to deliver the agreed scope), we will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered.
Delivered deliverables — including software, source code, design files, photography, and video — are generally non-refundable once accepted. If you believe a delivered item materially fails to meet the agreed specification, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work in good faith to correct the issue or, if a fix is not feasible, agree on a fair partial refund.
For ongoing services such as monthly maintenance, retainers, or hosting, you may cancel at any time with written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you will not be billed for subsequent periods.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on the original card or bank account within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@media-perfection.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
